FAN FRIGGIN TASTIC my friends! This book was so amazing and enthralling. I have been so anxious waiting for this book to come out. I was not disappointed in the least. Mark is a great writer and I can't wait to read more of his work. This was a story about a droid used for sexual pleasure that has become self aware and is in search of true love. He leaves his owner and goes out on his own to find someone that truly cares for him in return. This was a great read and I highly recommend it!Product details

PURCHASED BASED ON SAMPLE COPY AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD, BUT I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS ONE. SECOND PURCHASE FROM THIS AUTHOR AND THE STORYLINE IS JUST NOT THERE FOR ME. DID NOT FINISH THIS ONE.
As science fiction, it's not reallly edgy or involved/deep enough, but as romance it fills the bill. I had a hard time believing the android central character wasn't actually human. Having said that, I'd still want him around MY house if the technology were available! The villains were nasty, but there wasn't much insidious build-up to make the reader really loathe them. The ugly behaviors were pretty much in your face.
